Long term vision and direction of the TN Center is overseen and guided by the Board of Trustees. The management of the Centre is supervised and supported by the Board of Directors chaired by an eminent Neplease educator and co-chaired by Mrs. Satyavati Upraity, consort of late Dr. Upraity. Policies and programs of the Centre are guided by the ideals and operational principles of Kathmandu University.

The Centre is led by the Honorary Director who is nominated jointly by the chair and co-chair and endorsed by the Board of Trustees.
