Trilokya Nath Upraity* (TN) Center for Education has been founded with the initiative and support of family and friends of late Dr. TN Upraity and Kathmandu University (KU). TN Center is a non-profit autonomous institution set up within the framework of Kathmandu University. Its Principal focus is on education as the foundation for development and change.

Programs

TN Center for Education views education as the foundation for change and development in all spheres of human life. Its Programs and modes of action shall be planned and tailored with emphasis on interfacing and linkages of educational issues with the real life situation.
Programs and lines of action of the TN Centre shall focus around the themes and priority areas described as under.

Launching of the Centre

Trailokya Nath Upraity (TN) Centre for Education was formally launched on june , 2011, Saturday at the Kathmandu University premises Balkumari, Lalitpur. Mr. Ganga Lal Tuladhar, Minister of Education Presided over the inaugural function. Chief Guest, Shree Madhav Prasad Ghimire, the National Poet inaugurated and delivered the keynote speech.
